Trustee Reports to the Court
On November 23, 2009, the Trustee filed his Second Interim Report, which provides an overview of all of the efforts engaged in by the Trustee and his team of professionals and summarizes all of the results achieved and challenges faced by the Trustee for the report period ending October 31, 2009. The Report can be found here.
On July 9, 2009, the Trustee filed his First Interim Report, which provides an overview of the activities that the Trustee and his team of professionals have engaged in during the period December 11, 2008 through June 30, 2009. The Report can be found here. The Trustee will file future interim reports every six months and will provide updates on his activities as appropriate.
